Our Approach
We truly believe God did not put us on the earth to be average. He has a purpose for each of us. We can’t be the best possible version of ourselves without a healthy mind and body. To be the best father, mother, spouse, employee, or business owner our health is crucial. We need strength, energy, and focus to accomplish goals in our personal and professional lives.
The best thing we can do for our bodies is strength training. It has physical benefits like improved strength, fat loss, improved bone density, lower blood pressure, reduce risk of heart disease, and improved balance. But it also can reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and self confidence, and can help with cognitive function.
Unfortunately, according to polls, only 5% of the US population consistently engages in activity like strength training and conditioning. We believe that group training classes with options for all fitness levels is the answer.
People struggle to stay consistent with their training when they are by themselves. Classes bring accountability and camaraderie to help people stick with their training and reach their short and long term goals. Not just for now but for longevity. We want to teach people to be strong, healthy, and self dependent now and for the rest of their lives.
Join us and don’t just float through life content with mediocrity! Win The Day every day!
